INGREDIENTS:-

Crushed Pineapple  -1 can,
Apricot Halves  -1 can, Dash of salt
Cottage Cheese  -2 cups,
Unflavored Gelatine  -2 tbsp,
Lemon juice  -2 tbsp,
Liquid (juice from Canned fruit with water added to equal 1 cup)  -1 cup,
Sour Cream  -1 cup,
Whipping Cream  -1 cup,
Granulated Sugar  -1/2 cup
Graham cracker crumbs  -1/2 cup,
Melted Butter  -3 tsp,
Finely Chopped nuts  -3 tsp.

PREPARATION OF PINE APPLE APRICOT REFRIGERATOR CHEESE CAKE RECIPE:-

•    Place the pineapple and apricot halves in the work bowl of a food processor or blender.

CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE

CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE RECIPE:-

INGREDIENTS:-

Chocolate Cookie Crumbs -1 1/2 cups,
Butter or Margarine  -3 tbsp,
Cream Cheese  -8ooGr,
Granulated Sugar  -1/2 cup
Eggs  -3,
Melted semisweet chocolate chips  -500Gr,
Heavy Cream  -1 cup,
Vanilla Extract  -1tsp,
Cherry Fruit Filling  -1 can,
Whipped topping.


PREPARATION OF CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE RECIPE:-

•    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring form pan.
•    In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
•     Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add melted chocolate chips; beat well.
•    Add cream and vanilla extract; beat well. Pour into prepared pan.
•     Bake 55 minutes, or until center is set. Cool; chill. Top with cherry fruit filling before serving and garnish with whipped topping.

ORANGE CHOCOLATECHIP CAKE

ORANGE CHOCOLATECHIP CAKE:-

INGREDIENTS:-

Cocoa powder -1 cup,
Cream Cheese -850Gr,
Granulated Sugar -1 1/2 cups,
Vanilla Extract  -2 tbsp,
Orange extract
Orange liqueur -1/4 cup,
Eggs -5
Mini chocolate chips -400Gr.

PREPARATION OF ORANGE CHOCOLATECHIP CAKE:-

•    Heat oven to 200 degrees F. Spray the interior of a 2-quart soufflé dish or 9-inch
Cheesecake pan with spray shortening and dust with 1/4 cup of the cocoa. Set                    .               aside.

•    In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and the sugar until smooth and soft, scraping the side of the bowl and Spoon as necessary.
•     Mix in the remaining ¾ cup of cocoa, vanilla and orange extracts, liqueur and eggs until the batter is well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
•    Pour and scrape the batter into the prepared pan and place in the oven.
•     Bake for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Cool on a rack to room temperature.
•    Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap or wax paper and an inverted plate.
•     Invert. Remove the pan and refrigerate cake upside sown for at least 1 hour. (If you need to leave the house, the cake can stay refrigerated all day.)
•     Invert a serving plate over the cheesecake and invert the cake. Remove the top plate and the paper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
•    Cut with a long, sharp knife dipped in warm water to prevent sticking.

SHEPERD’S PIE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS : -
MUTTON  -500Gr,
POTATOES   -450Gr,
BUTTER   -30Gr,
ONIONS  -115Gr,
REFINED FLOUR  -10Gr,
STOCK  -150Ml,
SALT  -TO TASTE,
PEPPER  - A PINCH,
MILK  -75Ml,
TOMATOES  - 115Gr.
PREPARATION OF SHEPERD’S PIE RECIPE :-
  • BOIL AND ROAST THE MEAT, COOL AND MINCE.
  • CHOP ONIONS.
  • MELT HALF OF  THE FAT IN A PAN AND FRY ONIONS TILL GET PALE BROWN.
  • STIR IN FLOUR, ADD STOCK GRADUALLY, STIR UNTIL THICK.
  • BLANCH TOMATOES, CHOP AND ADD THE STOCK.
  • ADD SEASONING AND MEAT.
  • PUT INTO GREASED PIE DISH.
  • BOIL AND MASH POTATOES WITH MILK.
  • SPREAD ONES THE MEAT COAT WITH POTATO MASH AND MAKE A ROUGH SURFACE WITH FORK.
  • DOT WITH BUTTER.
  • BAKE IT AT 190′C FOR ABOUT 20-25 MINUTES.

CARAMAL FUDGE CHEESE CAKE

CARAMAL FUDGE CHEESE CAKE:-

INGREDIENTS:-

Fudge brownie mix  -1 box,
Caramels  -1 package,
Evaporated Milk  -1/4 cup,
Coarsely Chopped Pecans  -1 1/4 cups,
Cream Cheese, softened  – 1pack,
Granulated Sugar  -1/2 cup,
Eggs  -2,
Squares Semisweet Chocolate, melted  -2,
Squares Unsweetened Chocolate, melted  -2,

PREPARATION OF CARAMAL FUDGES CHEESE CAKE:-

•    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch spring form pan.
•    Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread into prepared spring form pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

•    Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack.

•    Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramels with milk. Pour over brownie crust; sprinkle with pecans.

•    In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; mix well. Add eggs, beating on low speed just until combined. Stir in melted chocolate. Pour over pecans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is almost set.

•    Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

•    Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool completely. Chill overnight.

•    Remove sides of pan before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

CHEESE CAKE

CHEESE CAKE RECIPE:-

INGREDIENTS:-

Cream Cheese -850Gr,

Granulated Sugar -3/4 cup,

Cornstarch -2tbsp,

Eggs -3,

Heavy Cream -1/2 Pint,

Vanilla Extract -2tsp,

Lemon rind, optional

PREPARATION OF CHEESE CAKE RECIPE:-

* Use a chocolate wafer crust, Put into a 9-inch Springform pan and bak

1 hour or so (till slightly browned at edges) at 350 degrees F.

* Don’t over-bake…tends to dry out the cake.

* Can also bake in 2 ready made crusts (graham or chocolate).

* Adjust time if making 2 pies to 30 minutes.

APPLE CINNAMON CAKE

APPLE CINNAMON CAKE RECIPE:-
INGREDIENTS:-
Spice or yellow cake mix – 1 box,
Apple or peach pie filling -1 can,
Eggs -3,
Granulated Sugar  -3 tsp,
Ground Cinnamon -1 tsp.
PREPARATION OF APPLE CINNAMON CAKE:-
· Heat Oven to 350 degrees F.
· Blend together cake mix, apple or peach filling and eggs in large mixer bowl.
· Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
· Combine sugar and cinnamon.
· Spread half the batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan; sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar.
· Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon sugar.
· Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center of cakes comes out clean. Cool.
· For high altitude, stir 1/3 Cup Flour into dry cake mix and add 1/3 cup water with eggs.
· Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 to 37 minutes or until wooden pick tests clean.

APPLE PIE COFFEE CAKE

INGREDIANTS FOR APPLE PIE COFFEE CAKE RECIPE :-

Spice Cake Mix -1 box

Apple Pie Filling -1 can

Eggs -3

Fat-Free Sour Cream -3/4 cup

Water -1/4 cup

Vegetable oil -2 tbsp

Almond extract -1 tsp

Brown Sugar -2 tbsp

Ground Cinnamon -1/2 tsp

Glaze:

Confectioners” Sugar -2/3 cup

Whole or Fat Free Milk -2tsp

PREPARATION OF APPLE PIE – COFFEE CAKE:-

· Set aside 1 tablespoon cake mix. Set aside 1 1/2 cups pie filling.

· In a Mixing bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, water, oil, extract and remaining cake mix and pie filling.

· Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

· Pour half of the batter into a 10-inch fluted tube pan coated with nonstick cooking spray

· Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and reserved cake mix, and sprinkle over batter.

· Spoon reserved pie filling over batter to within 3/4 inch of edges; top with remaining batter.

· Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.

· Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack

· In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Drizzle over cooled cake.

ALMOND CHERRY COFFEE CAKE

ALMOND – CHERRY COFFEE CAKE RECIPE:-
INGREDIENTS:-
Cherry pie filling -1 can,
Nut Muffin mix -1 package,
Almond filling or paste -1 can,
Melted Butter – 1/2 cup
PREPARATION OF ALMOND – CHERRY COFFEE CAKE:-
  • Pour pie filling into 8-inch square pan.
  • Drop teaspoons of Almond paste over pie filling.
  • Spread out to cover.
  • Shake muffin mix on top and drizzle melted butter over mix.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • This is very rich so will stretch with whipped cream or ice cream topping.

HAM BURGER MAC ‘N’ CHEESE

HAM BURGER MAC ‘N’ CHEESE RECIPE:-
INGREDIENTS :-
Macaroni and cheese -1 box,
Cream of celery soup -1 tin,
Hamburger -500Gr,
Lipton onion soup -600Ml,
Chopped onion -1.
PREPARATION OF HAM BURGER MAC ‘N’ CHEESE:-
  • Make a box of macaroni and cheese by the directions on the box or however you normally make it
  • Brown your hamburger with 600 Ml of Lipton onion soup and 1 Chopped Onion.
  • Put macaroni and cheese in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Then layer the hamburger on top of the mac n cheese.
  • Then layer the hamburger with the cream of celery soup.
  • Put in oven or microwave and heat until it bubbles through.
  • In the microwave about 15 minutes and in the oven about 30 minutes. Sometimes I also add a package of frozen corn as another layer.

AMARICAN HAMBURGER

RECIPE OF AMERICAN HAM BURGER RECIPE:-

INGREDIENTS:-

Lean ground beef -500Gr,
Ketchup -2 tbsp,
Hamburger Seasoning -1tbsp,
Worcestershire sauce -1tbsp,
Cheddar cheese -4 slices,
Hamburger rolls -4,
cooked bacon -8 slices Lean ground beef -500Gr,
Ketchup -2 tbsp,
Hamburger Seasoning -1tbsp,
Worcestershire sauce -1tbsp,
Cheddar cheese -4 slices,
Hamburger rolls -4,
cooked bacon -8 slices
Lettuce, tomato (optional).

PREPARATION OF AMERICAN HAM BURGER RECIPE ;-

1. Mix ground beef, ketchup, and Hamburger Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.

2. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160 degrees F). Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds or until golden.

3. Serve burgers on toasted rolls with bacon slices, if desired. Garnish with desired toppings and condiments.

FISH MEUNIERE

FISH MEUNIERE RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:-
Pomfret fish -500Gr,
Clarified Butter -50Gr,
Refined flour -10Gr,
Lime -4,
Parsley -3 springs,
Pepper –a pinch,
Salt –to taste,
PREPARATION OF FISH MEUNIERE :-
Ø Clean, fillet and skin fish. Wash and dry.
Ø Sprinkle over with Seasoned Flour.
Ø Heat half of the clarified butter up to smoking point, put the fish into that.
Ø When fish is sufficiently colored one side turn over and brown the other side.
Ø Remove to hot dish sprinkle over with lime juice, Garnish with Chopped Parsley.
Ø Brown remaining butter pour over fish and serve immediately.
