Salmon with Hoisin Glaze

salmonServe a piping hot dinner straight from the oven. This five-ingredient recipe marinates for eight minutes then cooks for eight minutes and is guaranteed to please. Enjoy garlicky-spicy snow peas on the side.

4 servings (serving size: 1 fillet)

Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons  hoisin sauce
  • 2  teaspoons  low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2  teaspoon  dark sesame oil
  • 4  (6-ounce) skinless wild salmon fillets
  • Cooking spray
  • 1  teaspoon  sesame seeds
  • Lemon rind strips (optional)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400°.
